The world is like a giant mirror . HAHA (!) Whatever you give out is reflected back . When you are open and friendly to people , they will tend to be open and friendly with you .

Haven't you noticed that smiles are very infections ? When you smile at someone , that person will always tend to smile back (again , there will be that 10% of people who don't smile back , don't worry about them . Maybe they have got a problem with themselves) . When someone smiles at you , don't you tend to smile back as well?
